Please use the form below to send us the details we require for your order. We also offer some additional items and services which when ordered now, are discounted. There are a few images to the right of the form that you may find useful, click on any to enlarge it. Please use the correct balloon colour name, and take note of the 1 colour artwork guide to prevent delays.

Adding additional items / services.

If you decide to take us up on any additional items or services from the below form, please either head to www.paypal.me/theballoonprintingco to make payment with your eBay username as reference, or ask us if you prefer to pay by credit or debit card.

What happens when I have filled the form in?

Once we have your details, we will ask any questions if we need to. If not, we will email you some artwork to approve within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) – please look at your mock up, and either reply by email or eBay or Etsy message if you approve this, we will acknowledge your reply. If you have not got this email in the time frame, check your junk mail folder or contact us asap.

How long will my order take?

The turnaround time starts once artwork is approved, and any payments (if required) are made, then the turnaround period starts, which is;

Free delivery option is up to 8 working days

£6 option is up to 5 - 7 working days

£10 express option is less than a 5 working days, when agreed prior to ordering.

We can upgrade your postage retrospectively, however there is a £2 surcharge to cover costs.
