01.   Do you deliver worldwide?

We do yes, we always use a trackable method of delivery, please get in touch for a price.

02.  How long does it take for you to deliver?

Generally speaking, if your order is a one colour print, being delivered in the UK, we aim to deliver your item inside 7 days. Should it for any reason be longer, or if you are not based in a mainland UK location, or have a multicolour print order, we will advise you of the turnaround time. We do welcome collections, and have been known to turnaround an order of 10,000 balloons in less than a day to a customer over 200 miles away, we pride ourselves on speed and quality of service.

03.  Do you print on any other promotional items?

We also print on mugs, via a seperate website www.TheMugPrintingCompany.co.uk - unfortunately we do not print on any other products in house, however we do have links to other specialist printers, feel free to ask us for more information.

04.  Do you offer any discount for charity or fundraisers?

We do yes, via our website www.Balloons4Charity.co.uk - this contains information on the discounts we offer, what we offer it on, and details of our Charity of the Month scheme.

05.  Are there any trade prices available?

There isn't a trade price list as such, however we do look after our regular customers, and after a few orders we are happy to agree some prices between us you can use, sometimes we like to treat you, free items and chocolates have been known in the past!

06.  Can we have a sample before ordering?

We dont offer physical printed samples due to the time and set up, however we can offer a computerised mock up. We also sell a sample pack which costs £15 inclusive of delivery and vat, these contain one of each colour balloon, a 1 piece and 2 piece balloon stick, a ribboned valve and a handpump.
